Gregg Dukofsky

Since launching Interactive Entertainment Group in 1989, Gregg has grown his business into one of the most coveted organizations in its industry. His primary duties involve research and development, transforming cutting-edge technology into highly desired turn-key products. With over 30 years in the event industry, Gregg has mastered the art of pivoting his business to suit the ever-changing needs of his clients.


Outside of work, his interests include tennis, baseball, and technology-driven entertainment.

Patricia Dukofsky

Vice President

With over 25 years of experience in the event industry, Patricia has played a crucial role in the continued growth of IEG. As Vice President of Business Development, Patricia is responsible for managing the sales team, executing marketing strategies, overseeing business partnerships and developing workflow systems. In addition to her everyday role, she is an active member of Meeting Professionals International and the International Special Events Society, offering her expertise to industry newcomers through seminars and workshops across the country. 


Patricia studied at Pace University, with interests including reading, continuing education and traveling.

Danielle Richter

Director of Event Experiences

As Director of Special Events, Danielle oversees all aspects of event production for IEG clients, handling everything from sales and marketing to operations and management of 40+ employees. Since joining IEG over 18 years ago, Danielle has built and maintained relationships with a prestigious roster of clients including American Express, Google, Microsoft, NFL, Nike, Amazon, Bloomingdales and more.


Danielle has had a passion for event planning since childhood and got her start in the industry as an intern while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications & Rhetorical Studies Responsibilities at Hofstra University. In addition to her degree, Danielle is also MPI certified.

Marty Fallon

Director of Event Logistics

Marty has been a member of team IEG for more than 20 years, acting as a liaison between our sales and production teams. In her role, Marty is responsible for confirming all final event details with clients and venues to ensure the seamless execution of events nationwide. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Marty has a diverse portfolio spanning city recreation and parks management, hotel catering, sales and wedding/special event planning. 


Outside of work, this Penn State University alumni enjoys gardening and interior design.

David G. Trottier

Director of Event Production

As National Events Director, David is responsible for tech support management and nationwide event execution. Specifically, his role consists of organizing, facilitating and managing all event on-site production. With over 12 years in the hospitality industry, David’s experience has enabled him excel in his role, cultivating long lasting relationships with new and existing clients. David has earned an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from Springfield College. In addition, David holds certifications in both AHLEI and Microsoft Office.


Outside of his work, David enjoys geocaching, exploring the outdoors, camping and traveling.

Kate Montemurro

Senior Event Experience Producer

As Senior Events Producer, Kate’s main responsibilities consist of corporate event bookings, trade show execution, sales staff training, project management and media communications. Before Kate’s time at IEG, she earned her Bachelor of Science from Sacred Heart University and worked as an event coordinator for a corporately owned salon chain.


Outside of the office, Kate enjoys visiting wineries and beaches as well as spending time with her family and pets.

Alvin Chamorro

Northeast Operations Manager

Alvin has been with IEG for over 6 years. In his role, he oversees the production of over 800 events each year, serves as a liaison between IEG and its vendors, manages 75 staff members and implements event logistics. With over 25 years in event production, Alvin plays a crucial role in the seamless execution of all east coast events. 


Outside of event production, Alvin’s interests include music and travel.

Danny Beshimon

West Coast Operations Manager

Danny has led IEG’s west coast operations for over 6 years, overseeing event production, managing more than 50 staff and implementing event logistics. With over 15 years of experience in the event industry and 20 years in engineering, Danny plays a vital role in the execution of more than 500 events per year.  


Beyond his passion for event production, Danny enjoys traveling in his spare time.

Arielle Dukofsky

Content Marketing Specialist

In her role, Arielle is responsible for executing digital strategy, developing marketing materials, managing all social channels and writing web content. Arielle is a Cum Laude University of Maryland graduate, where she studied public relations and entrepreneurship.


In her free time, Arielle enjoys enhancing her graphic design skills, exercising and traveling.
